BrightNest Return and Refund Policy

30-day return period

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email brightnestappliances@gmail.com or use our Contact Us page with your order number and the reason for the return. If the return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send items back without authorization, because unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, BrightNest will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos or video when applicable.

Non-returnable items

Gift cards, downloadable products, opened personal-use products that create a health or safety concern, hazardous materials, and items clearly marked “final sale” cannot be returned.

Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We will try to cancel it before processing begins, but cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has been submitted to a supplier or carrier.

Exchanges

Request a return and, after approval, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email brightnestappliances@gmail.com or use our Contact Us page.
